Retaining Walls Moreton Bay ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it.

Information We Collect

When you submit an enquiry or quote request through this website, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address, suburb, details about your project, and any photos or files you choose to upload. We may also collect standard technical information automatically, such as your device type, browser, and pages visited, to help us understand how the site is used.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and get in touch about your retaining wall project. We don't sell your personal information to third parties. Where we use tools like Google Tag Manager or website analytics to understand site traffic, this is limited to general usage patterns and isn't used to identify you personally.

Sharing Your Information

We only share your information where necessary to respond to your enquiry, for example with the trade professional attending to your quote request, or with service providers who help us run this website and handle enquiries (such as our web hosting, form, and communications providers). We don't share your details for unrelated marketing purposes without your consent.

Storing Your Information

We take reasonable steps to keep your personal information secure and only retain it for as long as it's needed to respond to your enquiry or as required by law.

Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. If you'd like to do any of these, or have any questions about this policy, please get in touch via our contact page.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
